WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?

1) After Checkout

After your order has been placed in our checkout, our customer service team will allocate your order for dispatch and place you in the packing queue.  This process typically takes around 24hrs (48hrs in peak season).

2) Picking and Packing

Once your order has been placed in the packing queue, the warehouse team will collect your order, securely pack and process your order items and have them ready for courier collection. Queue times typically have a 24 to 48hr turnaround time, 72hrs in peak season.

3) Consignment Tracking

Once your order has been collected from the warehouse and dropped of at the dispatch centre, the courier will issue a consignment and tracking number.  This process typically occurs 12 to 24hrs after the order has been collected.

4) Accepting Delivery

Surf Society completes a thorough inspection of every product prior to dispatch to ensure each and every item leaves our warehouse in a saleable and suitable condition.  However, please be aware that the delivery is completed by a third party and as such; we advise all customers to thoroughly inspect their goods for transit damage prior to signing and accepting delivery.

Please be aware that by signing for your delivery, you are stating that you are satisfied that your goods have arrived in working order.  If you are unsure we suggest writing "STI" instead of your signature which stipulates you accept the deliver "Subject To Inspection" and therefore can still make a transit claim with the courier if required.
