PRODUCT WARRANTY

Surf Society offers a product warranty that covers manufacturers defects in addition to damage occurring through transit (freight outbound). This warranty exclusively covers material and workmanship defects and will only be offered to the original purchaser and must include proof of purchase. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover accidental damage and standard wear and tear.  

WARRANTY DETAILS:

Stand Up Paddleboards Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, non-manufacturing faults, snaps, creases, dings, heat damage, FCS components, broken plugs and fin boxes, compressions, discolouration and scratches 6 months
Surfboards Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, non-manufacturing faults, snaps, creases, dings, heat damage, FCS components, broken plugs and fin boxes, compressions, discolouration and scratches

3 months
Accessories & Miscellaneous Items Excludes buckles, zips, straps, stretching, seizing, adhesives, clasps, rips and kinks
